Move of the Month - Opposite Arm And Leg Extensions

How To Perform This Exercise:

1. Just using your bodyweight, position yourself evenly on a mat 
having both hands and knees on the floor while relaxing your back and stabilizing your core. 

2. Slowly start to bring one leg out to an extension while 
simultaneously extending your opposite arm out straight. Hold for 
about 1 second returning both arm and leg back to the start 
position. Repeat the next set with the opposite arm and leg. 

3. Focus on breathing and stabilizing the core muscles to avoid lower 
back pain. 

4. You can perform this exercise by alternating for 30seconds and if needed, add weight for a challenge.
