Move of the Month - Russian Twist

Sit on the ground with your torso leaning back at a 45-degree angle, bend your knees, and your feet either can be rested on the floor or elevated a few inches (for a harder option.) Either with your body weight or holding a weighted object, rotate your shoulders to the left and right and reach side to side.
