Sara Harman is the fitness director of the Denton A. Cooley Center. As a personal trainer, her philosophy is to have fun and functional workouts. By incorporating a variety of exercises including cardio, weights, abs and sometimes plyometrics, her training style uses a well-balanced approach and a variety of techniques. Sara expects that her clients commit to improving their dietary habits to help reach their set goals. If moderate weight loss, improved cardiovascular function, increased muscular endurance and strength are your goals, then you've come to the right place! Sara holds to the belief that you cannot focus on just one area of fitness, there are many components to overall wellness that are all connected.
