For more than ten years, Pat Mullen has worked with a wide variety of clients including football and basketball players, a figure skater, and a boxer. While working with athletes is challenging and has its own rewards, he prefers to work with motivated "everyday" people who are eager to make a commitment to improve their lifestyles.
Pat holds a bachelors degree from Towson University and is a NSPA -certified personal trainer. For Pat, helping others succeed and encouraging a healthy lifestyle through exercise and personal training is indeed fulfilling.
