Come and join our 12 Days of Fitness 2017 version. Starting December 7, you will be tasked with 12 days of a slowly building fitness challenge. See attached document for details. It's a great challenge to add to your current fitness routine. You must complete all 12 days by December 22, 2017 to be eligible for the prize. Good luck!

Row as a team (3 people) using he rowing machines to cover the length of the Chesapeake Bay. Earn bonus miles along the way.

Overview: Come join us and run a 5k for breast cancer awareness! Register online and join "Cooley for the Cure".


Shed It and Forget It
Staff: Sara
Timeline: March-May 2012
Cost: Free to current members
Overview: Get weighed and measured at beginning of challenge, keep a food diary for four weeks, complete weekly fitness tasks and get re-weighed and re-measured at the end of eight weeks. Time to lose that weight you put on over the winter!
Prizes: Person with the highest point value (accrued through weight loss, body fat loss and completion of activities) will receive a $50 gift card towards fitness products.
